The photographic process has shaped both a deeply personal archive, as well as the foundation of his commercial profession in creative, non-fiction photography for marketing and advertising.

About Jeroen

Born in Kenya, raised in Rwanda, the UK and the Netherlands. Studied photography in Antwerp, Belgium and now lives and works as a photographer and image advisor in Amsterdam.

Jeroen offers creative direction and photography as co-founder via Glyph | Visual storytelling for brands.
Educated as a Master of Fine Arts in Photography in Antwerp (B) and as a marketeer at Beeckestijn Business School, he continues to amplify human connection in a world that is increasingly isolated.

Women farmers

In close cooperation with the Gosling Coffee Company, the project portrays entrepreneurial women in the East African coffee supply chain.

Origins

Personal history project, researching his family's photography archive and revisiting his childhood history.

Summer children

Visual story of the formative years of his children and their friends, defined by the borders of the square where they played.
